$30,000 to be spent producing plan
According to Kingborough General Manager, Paul West the development of a Precinct Plan is likely to cost up to $30,000. Click here to read the General Manager’s report which was tabled as Agenda Item 5 at the Kingborough Council meeting of 27 April 2009.
Whilst appreciative that something is being done, local residents are concerned that yet more money is to be spent on planning work rather than on delivering tangible improvements.

we don’t wnat to see funds wasted on yet another consultation process, to be shelved later. We must keep the pressure on and expect results/action in the very near future.
